Eat more: other vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds, fruit. Same plant-forward, high-fiber emphasis as type 2 diabetes.
Limit: sugar sweetened beverage, added sugar, refined grains, ultraprocessed food. Minimize added sugar, refined grains, and ultraprocessed foods.
